We opened Mirchi Sizzler to cook the food we grew up on — masalas ground fresh, curries simmered slow, breads straight off the tandoor.
Sizzler combos and mix-n-eat pots came from watching families order three dishes to share. Now they’re what Padbury comes back for — alongside a butter chicken the kids will actually finish.
